Lebanon’s Hezbollah group says it has shot down an Israeli drone in southern Lebanon close to the border with Israel.

The Iran-backed group “shot down an Israeli drone that entered Lebanese airspace… close to Zebqin within the south”, it stated in an announcement on Monday.

The group didn’t present additional particulars.
