Tell us a little bit about your company! How you are using LinkrBio in your business?

LinkrBio has been used by us for about a year. For occasions like birthday parties, marriages, and everything in between and nearby, we specialize in creating custom cakes. Mali Bakes started as a lockdown undertaking. From there, we started a studio and storefront.

Without websites like Instagram and programmes like LinkrBio, getting here wouldn’t have been feasible. Because it helps them with decision-making, we’ve discovered that LinkrBio’s Shopify connection has made it even simpler for our clients to browse designs. Because LinkrBio is user-friendly, it has offered us a method to include our customers in our journey and tale by guiding them through it. With LinkrBio, navigation and experience creation are really simple, and everything fits in the palm of your hand!

Which LinkrBio tools are indispensable to you?

The contact form’s availability has been really helpful to us. Giving the consumer a direct connection to us without requiring them to open their own email has greatly expedited and improved the entire process (for us, and our customers). We just place link in bio and my customers can simply go to my website/mailbox.

The metrics have also been fantastic. They immediately demonstrate how much of these are translating into actual sales and provide us with a lovely insight into how we’ve been doing on a digital platform.

How significant is your brand to Mali Bakes?

We have known exactly what kind of brand and image we want Mali Bakes to create from the outset. Our retro cakes are vibrant and entertaining, and they evoke feelings of nostalgia and playfulness. We approach the aesthetic with that mindset. Our friend and talented graphic designer Ryan Scott (from A Little Color) has been helping us bring this to life through the use of color in our photography, font, and many other aspects of the company. We adore cakes and are constantly seeking for new ways to make them equally appetizing for your eyes and stomach.

Why did you choose to participate in the LinkrBio branding content shoot?

Being a new business owner, using LinkrBio has been such an amazing experience for us. We’re thrilled that LinkrBio is a Melbourne-based business that is all about fostering community and growth, just like us!

What aspects of the new LinkrBio brand excite you the most?

Customization and adding a more unique dimension to any experience are what we’re all about. We are especially enthusiastic about the new Link in Bio because of this. Customization! With all of these new capabilities, we’re going to spend a lot of time experimenting and creating a Mali Bakes style.

What distinguishes link in bio tool for you?

Just using LinkrBio has been a dream. We have only seen advantages. Everything has been incredibly easy, efficient, and quick!

We firmly support the central tenet of “Link everything you are.” This is what distinguishes this link in bio for us. Given that it was formerly unimaginable to imagine Mali Bakes existing, the message clearly resonates with us. However, by combining a love of pleasant times spent with friends and family, a passion for color, and an insatiable appetite for cake — and integrating all of these together — we’ve been able to deliver something enjoyable, beneficial, and important to the world right from ours.
